1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the In Balance Body website, services, and any product purchased through inbalancebody.com or go.inbalancebody.com. By using the website or scheduling a visit, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
In Balance Body operates a measurement pathway. Each step in the pathway is sequential. Each step is unlocked by the data from the step before it. In Balance Body measures. We do not diagnose and we do not treat. Body composition and lab results are informational and are not a substitute for medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or to provide information through any form on our website. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Scheduling and Visits
Visits are scheduled at the time of purchase or by arrangement after purchase. Attendees are asked to arrive rested and physically inactive at the time of the visit, since recent exertion influences body composition readings. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Charges are applied at the time of checkout. Receipts are emailed automatically.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled visit are non refundable. Refunds for laboratory and program purchases are evaluated case by case based on services rendered up to the cancellation date.
7. SMS Terms
The In Balance Body messaging program sends appointment reminders, account updates, event invitations, and operational notifications to phone numbers provided through our forms.
By providing your phone number to In Balance Body, you agree to receive text messages related to your account, appointment reminders, and event updates. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the events you have signed up for.
Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major United States carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also contact us directly to manage your messaging preferences. To rejoin after opting out, submit your phone number again through any form on our website or contact us directly.
Third Party Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, design, logos, and trademarks, is the property of In Balance Body or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
In Balance Body is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. The maximum liability of In Balance Body for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
